The new GP-7, successor to the legendary GP-6, one of the most successful helmets in Arai's history, is finally available compliant with SNELL SA2020 Standard and FIA 8859-2015 homologation.

It is the absolute masterpiece capable of combining Arai engineering, performance and comfort at the highest levels. It complies with the FIA ​​Standard 8859 - SNELL2020, designed to be among the safest in the world for high-end helmets used in motor racing. The key to the incredible performance of GP-7 FRP lies in the impressive technical solutions adopted, such as the outer shell in SuperFibre and the inner shell made of EPS with different densities in a single piece. Technologies that make it able to satisfy and exceed the demands of the most demanding pilots in the world.

The outer shell is made through the use of the Complex Laminate Construction technique to which the Arai Peripheral Belt has been added - as a further reinforcement - able to maximize the rigidity, resistance and ability to divert energy of the shell. The creation of the smoothest, most resistant and rounded outer shells possible is a feature common to all Arai.This construction philosophy allows us to increase the helmet's ability to deflect the energy of an impact by maximizing the level of protection it is able to offer.In fact, we know that all the energy that we are able to divert thanks to the outer shell, must not then be absorbed by the inner shell, significantly increasing the maximum absorption capacity of each Arai.

The Arai multi-density inner shell is made in a single piece (world exclusive) and its combination with the PB-cLc outer shell has allowed us to create a helmet with unparalleled characteristics.The different densities of the EPS and the one-piece structure allow us to maintain a uniform thickness at any point of the helmet and to create a shell that fits perfectly to the rider's head, increasing comfort, visibility and energy absorption capacity.

The new generation of Facial Contour System-2 (FCS-2) cheek pads guarantee an unprecedented level of comfort by wrapping the jaw area tightly without creating annoying pressure points and minimizing the intrusion of noise from the lower part of the helmet. They are also removable, washable and available in different thicknesses to adapt perfectly to the specific needs of each rider.

The threaded holes for installing the FHR M6 anchor (optional) are integrated into the shell and allow for quick and safe installation.

Arai GP-7 is also equipped with a removable chin strap for the use of a hydration system.

As well as the GP-7 SRC, it boasts 7 air intakes in the upper part of the shell: two front TDF3 ducts, three central Tear Ducts extractors and two rear XDB Duct extractors with the addition of the chin guard air intake to optimize the passing air flow inside the helmet and always keeping the rider's head cool.

The new Variable Axis System (VAS) has been designed to lower the pivot point of the visor allowing us to further strengthen the outer shell in the area of ​​the temples without compromising the functioning of the visor.

The new low profile anchor screws can be adjusted with a T20 torx wrench included in the package.
